Our Mission
GoodWorks Collaborative exists to strengthen the capacity of organizations working toward a more just and equitable world. We partner with nonprofits, government agencies, community coalitions, philanthropies, and education systems to design strategies, build systems, and develop the people and processes that make meaningful change possible.
We are practitioner-led, community-centered, and implementation-focused. Every engagement begins with listening — to your community, your team, and the context you're working in. From there, we co-create approaches that are grounded, practical, and built to last.

I've spent nearly two decades helping organizations and communities take on complex challenges, strengthen how they work, and get better results for children and families. I've led teams and multi-million-dollar initiatives, supported hundreds of organizations serving over 100,000 children and families, and worked across nonprofit, government, philanthropy, and education to strengthen strategy, partnerships, and implementation.
I consider this work a calling, so every time I work with a community, I lead with authenticity, integrity, and action. I want every person I engage with to feel seen, heard, and valued for the gifts and talents they bring to the work.
That belief is at the heart of GoodWorks Collaborative. I started GoodWorks to bring people together, strengthen organizations, and help communities build the systems and capacity needed to make progress that lasts. Because good work requires more than a good plan. It requires the right people, strong systems, clear decisions, and the capacity to follow through.
